Procurement Content Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented procurement professional to come into our organisation to establish and lead consistent Content Management Processes across all sites/categories in Indirect & CAPEX. You will create and maintain Procurement content (e.g. SAP OAs, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) as defined by Category Management/ Sourcing in close collaboration with suppliers to ensure consistent and harmonized Master Data. You will improve buying/Procurement content and buying channel experience, while acting as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team, and increase P2P automation rates.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide Process and buying channel experience

  • Lead process to build and design content in regards to different buying channels used in SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba

  • Run analytics to build content for different buying channels in collaboration with Category Managers and/or strategic buyers

  • Act as a link to Sourcing & Category Management, Supplier and P2P Enablement Team

  • Establish content (system based contracts, catalogs, smart forms, guided buying & intranet) in collaboration with Category Manager and Strategic Buyers

  • Ensure operationalization of contracts/ catalogs and smart-forms through content management

  • Coordinate and collaborate with P2P Enablement Team to ensure correct content creation and maintenance

  • Initiate and manage supplier onboarding, define and maintain standards for content exchange between Lonza and suppliers

  • Ensure continuous content improvement of buying channels while maintain process consistency globally

Key requirements:

  • Experience in SAP ERP (MM Module) and SAP Ariba Guided Buying Set up

  • Hands on experience of using Microsoft Office (in particular MS Excel)

  • Experience of implementing continuous improvements

  • Working knowledge of general business practices

  • Broad and deep Source-to-Pay process knowledge with detailed knowledge in Requisition-to-Pay

  • Very good knowledge about buying channels

  • Strong contract/ outline agreement expertise

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Project management skills

  • Proven supplier management skills

  • Drives change and compliance

  • Solid background and expertise in Procurement processes and methodologies

  • Very good skills in content management system & tools configuration

  • Strong technical skills and proven ability to learn new systems and database schemas

  • Supplier management skills

  • Advanced analytical skills
