We are looking for a Total Reward Analyst, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. This exciting opportunity will see you take on responsibility for Total Rewards analytics as part of the Total Rewards Operations Team. You will be supporting global grading requests, compensation package proposals, annual reward cycle activities, as well as benefits and wellbeing topics.
Responsible for job evaluations, reviewing requests for new or revised grade classifications to determine appropriate grade levels and compensation package recommendations.
Lead preparation of market survey submissions and compensation benchmark proposals partnering with Regional Total Rewards and HRBP community.
Preparing recurring and/or one-off analyses of HR and compensation data to support people and business decisions.
Support annual compensation review cycle activities including salary review, performance reviews, bonus payouts and long-term incentive administration including coordinating relationships external plan administrators.
Provide global benefits / wellbeing support to the Total Rewards team through partnering with applicable stakeholders within Total Rewards COE, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance and external broker and providers to deliver annual benefit renewals.
Act as subject matter expert for UK benefits and pensions. Designing programs/policy, implementation, and providing appropriate communications, trainings for HR and managers/employees.
Provides knowhow and guidance to HRBPs and HR Services on matters related to Total Rewards. Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and or other regulations / legislation.
Identify and propose process and practice improvements for compensation, benefits and well-being programs through leveraging Workday and other technology capabilities.
Involved in cross-functional / cross-divisional projects supporting COE and HR priorities. Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong Microsoft Office (Office 365) ability, in particular MS Word and PowerPoint
Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables. Experience with Macros/VBA/Power Query an advantage
Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills
Analytical mindset with very high attention to detail
Innovative thinking and solution-oriented
Agility and flexibility in a fast changing environment / change readiness
Project management experience will be an advantage
