We are looking for a strong technical and business leader to support our growing CAPEX portfolio. As part of the Quality Strategic Growth Investment & Engineering lead team, the role has a high impact to play in the success of our CAPEX portfolio delivery.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Participate and or drive the elaboration and maintenance of robust global Processes & Standards in relation to CAPEX Growth projects Commissioning and Qualification (including technical  and validation standards).

  • Provide Quality input to the project team in the area of facility design, qualification & validation (equipment, room, process).

  • Identify opportunities for optimization of operational procedures in order to improve quality and efficiency within area of responsibility.

  • Drive the implementation of a learning culture and vertical/horizontal knowledge management.

  • Take part to investigation, troubleshooting, audits and inspection.

  • Act as senior technical experts in the context of next Strategic Growth Investment Projects.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum Master’s Degree in the fields of Life Sciences, Quality Management, Engineering or related science discipline or equivalent experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical industry including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, quality control, R&D and/or drug regulatory affairs

  • Leadership and people management experience

  • Ability to solve problems, understanding details and strategic picture, providing practical solutions

  • Ability to drive results and lead by influence within matrix organizational environment in an agile way

  • English language on a proficient level, additional German language would be an advantage
