Dominique Roberge, Ph.D.
Subject Matter Expert: Drug Substance/HPAPI
Dominique Roberge is the R&D Group Leader of Chemical Manufacturing Technologies at Lonza’s site in Visp, Switzerland, where he works the development, optimization, and qualification of small-molecule processes. Since joining Lonza in 2001, Dominique has served in a number of capacities, including Laboratory Head in charge of reaction engineering (calorimetry) and safety assessment and Project Leader for Microreactor Technology. Since 2008, his work has been focused on the technical and business development of continuous-flow technology. He has also served as an Associate and Adjunct Professor at the University of Ottawa and still supervises graduate students on practicum work in Visp for their theses. Dominque earned bachelor and master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering at Laval University before earning a doctoral degree from the University of Technology Aachen in the field of Heterogeneous Catalysis.
